Our primary objective is to establish a non-profit foundation (ANBI Stichting) in the Netherlands to host a museum collection dedicated to menstruation. As an ANBI Stichting, the museum can apply for cultural grants, accept donations which are tax-deductible, is exempt from sales tax, and can purchase proper insurance. The establishment of an ANBI Stichting costs approximately €300-500 for notary services and fees, and €100/year bank costs. Accounting costs at least another €1500/year.

Preserving historical and contemporary period products is part of our strategy to de-stigmatise and educate about menstruation. By doing so, we protect technical, medical, and cultural knowledge which would otherwise be forgotten and lost forever. The collection is currently estimated to have cost €300. To expand the collection, costs related to shipping, purchases of artefacts, repairs, materials for reproductions, storage, and insurance costs.
